Die PRIDE Kindergruppe

The PRIDE children’s group in the German-Chinese Kindergarten Hamburg – let’s be colorful and show diversity!

Life in rainbow families is diverse, colorful, exciting and sometimes challenging, just like in other families. Families in which at least one parent is lesbian, gay, bi or trans also sometimes face special challenges or certain questions.

The PRIDE children’s group offers rainbow families the opportunity to get to know each other and to network with each other in a relaxed atmosphere. The parents can exchange ideas and make new contacts. There is a pedagogically stimulating and changing program for the children, accompanied by two of our experienced teachers, Yi-Chun and Tamara.

The Rainbow Family Hour at a glance

• Every second Tuesday of the month from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the German-Chinese Kindergarten Hamburg
• The first session will be on the 11th of August, 2020
• For children aged from 0 to 6 years accompanied by at least one parent
• Participation is free of charge
